The Story
This breathe bracelet was inspired by a practice fromย Thich Naht Hahn that we used at one of our team buildings. We walked around breathing in "yes, yes, yes" and exhaled "thank you, thank you, thank you." What happened as a result of this practice brought us to tears. You can read about it here.
